商總理事長賴正鎰也說，一例一休造成的衝擊比預期還要嚴重，他以商總旗下機車公會為例說明一例一休對生活面的影響。機車公會的會員廠商多是機車行，他們最近將上班時間，從原來上午8時30分到晚上10時30分，全面改為上午10時至下午6時，這一改，騎機車的通勤族，如果在上、下班途中車子突然壞了，恐怕找不到地方維修。

蔡練生說，企業即使想要增加人力，也找不到足夠的人，服務業的品質就會下降，公共運輸的班次也會減少，結果造成社會大眾生活的不便。他嘆道，從來沒看過有那一個政策是找不到贏家的，如果有「爛蘋果」獎項，一例一休，會是首獎。
